The student progression module allows students (and their advisors) to select their papers/majors, build study plans, track and monitor their marks progression per paper, their pass rate and GPA, and seek academic advice.
The intended user easily record & keep track the attendance record of each student. Attendance warnings can be automatically sent to inform the lateness or absent of the student according to user defined
A delivery schedule that allows users to build delivery schedules by campus or programme according to the set up delivery modes, with views by programme, campus, paper, room, and lecturer.
Tuition Fees invoicing and receipting can be set up according to the user’s own forms as templates and workflow processes. Invoices are auto populated during the Offer of Place workflow. The system can allow for part payment/receipting.
Features include flexible group set up and management,announcement, discussion forum, online assessment submission with plagiarism checking, upload of course resources.
Programme & Paper/Subject descriptors including structure, content, teaching strategies, room requirements, assessment structure including minimum pass marks and other quality controls, and paper personnel.
The Assessments module allows the lecture to set up assessments according to the assessments structure for their papers, marking online. The marks then will go through the process of moderation according to user defined

Leo has had extensive management and practical experience in the industry training sector and, more recently, many years as an academic at a leading New Zealand university. This includes leadership of the university’s offshore degree delivery programmes in computer and information sciences, onshore liaison with the private training sector, curriculum development, as well as teaching. Leo holds a PhD and a Master of Education with Honours.
Giang has had extensive experience in the IT industry for some 10 years before embarking on the ATHiNA project. Giang is highly skilled in many different programming languages, with expertise in systems analysis and design, Web site design and development, Microservices architecture, and application development and integration. Giang hold a Master of Service Oriented Computing.
Cuong has extensive, broad experience in various countries for a number of companies in the fields of Mobile App development, cross-platform development and integration, automation testing, security, and development project management. Cuong has a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences.
